ドイツのe-WOLFから、「ALPHA･R」という名の「電気式セヴン」が販売されているのを見つけました。

ベースになっているのは、間違いなくウエストフィールドです。

多少重くなっていますが、それでも世間では非常識と言われるほどの軽量ぶりです。

航続距離も200kmあれば、燃料タンクが27Lしかない私のウエスト号と変わらないし。

非常に欲しいのですよ、この車が!

しかしお値段が・・・・

個人的には、パンチあるBeetleサウンドの勝ち！

ホームグラウンドは３シーズン

ホームグラウンドは１２月から３月まで冬季閉鎖になるので、そろそろ走り納めです。

周囲は風も音も無く穏やかで、走れば落ち葉が巻き上がり季節感いっぱいです。

ここは13年前に無料化で廃止された料金所跡です。

側道がピットロードみたいですね。

下の方から楽しいワインディングロードが続いていますが、ここからが本命です。

ロールバーを強化してみた

ノーマルの２点式ロールバーに新たに３本追加し、強化しました。

フレームの剛性が高まったのか、リヤの乗り心地がフラットになり落ち着きが向上しました。素早くステアリングを切ると、リヤを中心にフロントが切り込む感覚が強くなったようです。

そろそろ20年になるのでは？という老兵ですが、心臓はなかなか元気です。

人と同じで、足腰をはじめあちこちが傷んでいますが、それがかえってスリリングだったりします。

ビシッと整備すれば結構速いでしょう。

ハイパワーなKカーが流行った頃、私も欲しくなって雑誌を読みあさっていました。

10日間の借り物とはいえ、長い年月を経て手元に来たことで感慨にひたっています。
